How long does processing and shipping take?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items like final sale products may not be returnable.

Are return shipping fees covered?
For returns due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on change of mind or fit, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
